Beautiful apartment on the first floor, recently renovated, in the splendid setting of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, in the Monte area.
Renovated with great attention to detail, it manages to combine a modern style with some touches of history! Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and stress-free holiday.
The exposed wooden beams and partially open stone walls make this apartment comfortable and welcoming.
There is a kitchen and a living room with table, large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and comfortable sofa bed for two people.
Wi-Fi, free air conditioning and heating. Also oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
A bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
It offers space for 4 people.
Modern bathroom with window, washing machine, toilet, bidet and shower.
Free parking on the street and in the courtyard, free use of the covered storage room for bicycles and motorbikes.
Not far from the house there is a plot of land with a barbecue to enjoy your days and eat outdoors!
Due to its position, Sant'Ambrogio is considered the "natural gateway to Valpolicella". A unique territory that unites Venetian villas, centuries-old churches, nature trails, small villages, fortifications and renowned wineries.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach the famous beaches of Lake Garda in Lazise or in 30 minutes Juliet's balcony in romantic Verona.

Thanks Rosella for a very nice stay in your apartment in Monte.We enjoyed our vacation very much. Only thing to Consider for future guests: the Wlan is not performant enough the way it is.
