Luxury and comfort meet in this high style 3 bedroom ocean front condo. Plenty of space for your entire family. Large deck overlooks the Pacific Ocean, Zicatela Beach and La Punta. 24 hour security guard on site. Only a 5 minute walk to the stairs at Playa Manzanillo.
the Master bedroom at Villa A3 has a king size, comfortable bed and en-suite bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 4 twin size beds in bunk form. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen open up to the private terrace with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean.
Entire condo is available for your exclusive use including the private pool. Our complex also offers 2 additional common area pools (in addition to your private pool) and a common area garden for sunset viewing.
Our neighborhood, El Faro, is in the perfect location of Puerto Escondido. Equal distance from your practically empty walking beach at Playa Bacoccho and world class Surf beach Playa Zicatella with all the shopping and restaurants in The Rinconada less than 1 km away. 10 minutes to walk to Playa Manzanillo where you can step out into the water and snorkle. 10 minutes to walk to The Adoquin with its shopping and night market. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to downtown and the main grocery store. 15 minutes in a taxi to the Mercado with its local Mexican flare and authentic food. We are in the heart of Puerto Escondido!
5 minutes by taxi from the airport or bus station. If you enjoy the heat it is easy to walk anywhere you want to go. But getting a taxi is 1 block away and you almost never have to wait more than a few minutes for the next taxi to come (or you can call our favorite taxi driver).

Really excellent. Spacious, (so much bigger than the photos) clean, gorgeous view, stocked kitchen, awesome location, safe and well maintained.
All the things you want in a VRBO! I’ve stayed in countless places around the world and this was one of the most comfortable and best managed places I’ve stayed at. We loved all the small details, like the beer and cold water in the fridge, all the excellent communication with the host and a helpful security guard who assisted calling taxis.
Wifi was reliable and there is a separate tap with filtered water, such a plus!!
The plunge pool was so great to have with kids, we spent countless hours hanging on the deck with the baby and toddler.
There was a bit of sound from the ongoing construction but as the place is concrete you can’t hear that much. I can’t recommend this place enough! Would stay here again absolutely.
