Das Ambiente des Hotels mit Standort, Außenbereich war super. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es war alles vorhanden und auch das Abendessen war lecker.
Leider ist in den Zimmern Teppichboden, aber es war alles sauber!

Lage einmalig - gut mit Zug erreichbar.
Extrem sauber.
Total wertschätzende Bedienung vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen; geradezu liebevolle Betreuung mit Ladekabel, Spielkarten, Extra-Brotscheiben für die Heimreise, Balkon großartig, toller versperrter Abstellplatz für die Räder, schöne Mischung beim Gebäude aus alt und neu, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, grandioser Kinderspielplatz.
Die Nachbarin, die am Samstag bis halb 10 abends mit der Motorsense mäht;
die Musik im überdachten Gastgarten ist nicht notwendig;
die Lüftung im Klo geht automatisch an, läuft sehr lang und weckt die Mitbewohner des Zimmers auf (--> Taschenlampe empfehlenswert)

It was a joy to stay here for more than a week. Very friendly and helpful staff are there to make the staying more enjoyable—very good knowledge of English.
It's located on a huge old farm, near a forest with animals where kids love to play with it. Tranquil place and has lots of activities for kids, inside and outside. Also, lots of places to visit near, like animal farms, lakes, and castles. And near the main city (Villach) is easy to reach by autobahn or train (S-Bahn). The rooms are cleaned every morning.
The restaurant has a top menu with excellent food.
If I can rate the property from 1 to 10, I will give them 20 :)
Nothing, it was simply fabulous and enjoyable. I tried to find something that could not meet my expectations, but I could find nothing. Definitely, we will come again.
