House located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT LIFT, near the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano (Rome Cathedral), 20 minutes' walk from the Colosseum and the Appia Antica. Close to the metro station and city bus stops.

The house consists of a living room with two sofas, two bedrooms (the first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom (with a toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine) and a balcony. There is a cot and high chair and toys for children, so it is also suitable for young families.
The area where the house is located is full of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds.
The house is equipped with an extensive tourist library on Rome and Italy, a video library with films in various languages on the history of ancient Rome and its empire. Giuseppe is at guests' disposal for advice and possible visits to the city's sights. He offers documentation (in various languages) for visiting the city's most interesting sights, on tours with pre-established routes and the willingness to accompany guests on these routes (for a duration of about 3 hours per route) or to museums, churches and monuments of the guests' choice.

- Tour of the seven hills (Celio, Palatino, Aventino, Capitolino, Quirinale, Viminale and Esquilino)
- From the Spanish Steps to Piazza Farnese (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Colonna, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori Market)
- Vatican* (Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica)
- Colosseum* (Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill)
