Beautifully remodeled lakefront cottage with private dock. 4 bedrooms & 3 bath sleeps 8 . Amazing location and view in quiet residential neighborhood. Private entrances for upper and lower level. Perfect for family vacations. Two bedrooms on each level. Plenty of parking for cars/boats. Charcoal BBQ, strong WiFi for remote work, close proximity to wineries, restaurants, 5 min From Safeway and downtown amenities. New Mini-split A/C and heather. Super host with 200+ reviews. Accepting pet but YOU MUST the owner about breed and number of Pet. There is a pet policy and we have pet fees of minimum 35$a day.

The purpose for the stay in Clearlake was primarily the convenience of a nice place to stay while my brothers and I golfed at Hidden Valley Lake and Cache Creek. It proved to be the perfect location (with the exception of the rain that tried to spoil the experience). This property checked all the boxes being clean, very comfortable and quite. The added plus was a beautiful view of the lake. Next visit we will bring the boat!

Martine notified us before arrival that the WiFI was out but he offered us another place (which was unacceptable). He was able to get the WiFi fixed before we arrived. Two of our family members took the kayaks out on the lake and found there was a hole in one of them. We notified Martine and he said he would take care of it immediately. Martine was easy to contact and any issues were addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay, especially the large porch overlooking the lake where we gathered to enjoy conversation, family time and sunsets.

It was fine except the beds were so hard. I didn't sleep well at all. But other than that it was good. There is no places good to eat close by either. It was hard to find. We had to take another little road off of Lakeshore Dr called Kern to get to our B&B. It was not clear in the directions.
