The cottage is located on the same level, on the 1st floor of a house. It offers you: - a large living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge - 3 bedrooms (2 140 x 190 beds and 2 90 x 190 beds) - a bathroom with large shower and a separate toilet with hand basin Outside, you will enjoy: - a large terrace of 150 m² offering a beautiful view of the Etel river, fitted out with garden furniture, deckchairs, gas barbecue and having an inflatable spa under the kiosk. - free and shared parking is located 20 m from the cottage The owner lives on the ground floor of the house, but you have a private entrance to the staircase leading to the rental. The house is adjoining two other houses. In South Morbihan, come and take a breath of fresh air in the Ty An Héol cottage. A few minutes away, you can enjoy the beautiful beach of Magouero for your days of swimming and lazing around. For hiking enthusiasts, the town offers many marked trails, as well as in Belz (neighboring town) on the banks of the Ria. The Ria d'Etel is one of the jewels of the region, to discover or rediscover in all seasons! Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted with the small sea of Gavres. Between Auray and Lorient, discover Plouhinec: an ideal tourist destination to relax, spend holidays with family or friends. Here, outdoor and nautical activities will be appreciated during your stay! From the terrace of the cottage, you will enjoy a superb view of the Ria and a small beach is only 200 m away!
