24h service, warm accomodation with good parking, views and everything you need nearby. Highly recommended. Rent your own car to be more flexible in your adventure. Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped.
The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good.
We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited.
