This house is an annex of Villa Maria, adjacent to the structure. It has an independent entrance, which with a few steps allows you to reach the apartment which overlooks a beautiful garden with a view.
The house consists of an entrance hall, a living room which leads to the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom.

Located at the beginning of Via del Parco Margherita, famous for its Art Nouveau style, at the corner with Corso Vittorio Emanuele. In the immediate vicinity you can find the Chiaia funicular that connects the districts of Vomero and Chiaia from which you can reach the shopping streets and the seafront. Along the Via del Parco Margherita you will find yourself in Piazza Amedeo with the homonymous metro stop.

Our original apartment experienced some damage, so we were offered this apartment. Overall, The apartment is nicely decorated and was quite comfortable for the duration of our stay. We had some problems getting the keys to work, but were fine once we figured out the trick to using them. Communication was great when we needed assistance.

We liked he house because of the very good location, wonderful view and spacious terrace, surrounded by trees and plants. The house was also specious, but unfortunately had a musty odor because, due to the construction it can't be ventilated very well.
Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay in Napels!

This is a beautiful location in Napoli with a breathtaking view! It felt private, yet was close to many museums and locations that are a must-see (also close to the beach).
The property was very clean, and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating.
