About this house rental
This unique “seafarers dream” updated ranch has a style all its own. It features a 58” Ruku TV w 1000 mpbs wifi, poker set, board and card games, books & puzzles. It’s 1000 ft2 one level no basement no stairs once you’re inside the home 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms with a total of 7 beds ( 5 mattress beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room)
This property is located in Clinton Township near 15 mile and Gratiot. Conveniently located near freeways, major roads, restaurants, bars shopping and Lake St Clair!
It has 5 sleeping beds (king, queen, tripped bunk beds) with 2 sofa beds and a large/long driveway for your vehicles/boat with a fenced yard for your furry companions!
* exterior of home is monitored with cameras/doorbells for safety, house has a smart lock for entry on both doors with an assigned passcode during stay, house heating and cooling is programmed through a smart thermostat*
Internet: xfinity 1000 mpbs plan for all your streaming and business needs!
Parking and fence: The driveway can accommodate 2 standard size vehicles before the driveway gate and 2 standard size vehicles after the gate. There is also street parking for additional vehicles. The back of the property is fully fenced but if your dog is an escape artist we recommend watching near the gate area since it’s meant to open and close there is a slight gap or a strong dog could accidentally open it. Exercise equipment: there is a 65 in exercise ball as well as a yoga mat, blocks , and exercise bands in the house
Living room: features 58” 4K RUKU tv with xfinity basic cable, Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, Disney+ , sofa beds chairs tables and games
Kitchen: features stainless steel fridge, freezer, range, microwave, tea kettle, k-cup coffee maker, basic kitchen and cooking supplies, table and chair set with a complementary starter pack of coffee pods, sugar, Splenda and tea packs.
Master bedroom: Entry level features a King size bed with a dedicated desk, chair, duel night tables, wide closet space and hangers
Guest bedroom 1: entry level features a queen memory foam bed with a dedicated desk, chair, night stand, lamp, closet and hangers.
Guest bedroom 2: entry level featuring a triple bunk bed set up with 3 twin mattresses (3rd mattress frame rolls out from bottom bunk bed) with a lamp, nightstand, closet and hangers
Bathroom: newly updated bath all over with towels, washcloths, hand towels, basic bulk shampoo conditioner and shower gel as well as blow dryer are available for use
Patio: back patio and deck features outdoor rug, bar table and stools
Laundry room: washer and dryer with linen basket

We stayed for my son’s sporting event and had a great time. The home is so cute, clean and conveniently located. The owner is a delight to deal with and so responsive!

Everything about our stay went well. The host communication was on point, the property was just as described, the neighborhood although crampt was fine. Neighbors were very helpful and friendly. We had two large trucks and 19ft Rangers, the parking was tight but we made it work. We had to unhook one of the boats each day and park a truck on the road.

For the price, this is a good place to stay. I stayed here for a month and had a few minor issues but the host responded quickly and answered all my questions. My biggest issue is that the neighborhood was a bit loud. There were lots of barking dogs, loud kids, etc. Which is fine, but just something to note, especially if you're bringing pets. My dogs were constantly frazzled from the neighborhood noises. The house is pet friendly, which is wonderful! but it has a weird layout and you can only use the side door and not the front door. The bathroom is also fairly small. But overall, it was decent.
