About this house rental
Enjoy luxury rental with mountain views. Walk out to the deck/porch to view breath taking scenery, soak in the hot tub, watch stars twinkle over the mountaintops. We provide propane tank as a courtesy. If it runs out or is out during your stay, please exchange it with a grocery store. Food city is nearby (within 0.2 miles) and is open until midnight. Very convenient to exchange. If you exchange the tank, the exchanged tank must be left in the same place where the empty tank was removed from. The empty tank must be kept outside the grill beside it

✧We provide you with toilet paper, towels, body soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out
✧The cabin is in an area where nature is right at your footstep. Please caution for wildlife or any unwanted insect/creature you might come in contact with. This is very normal in the smokies. Refund is not going to be processed in these situations, but we can do our best to address your issue

-Please look over cabin and report issues immediately
During Stay Rules:
-Do not use or put any liquid or solid soap in the hot tub
-No alcoholic products in or near hot tub
-When hot tub is not in use, place its cover on it securely
-Do not overload washing machine and dryer
-Do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, big tissues and other big objects in the toilet
-No parties, loud music allowed
-No fireworks allowed
-No smoking allowed inside the cabin
-No pets
-No parking on yard or grass, only park on driveway
-Don't leave the stove, oven, fireplace and barbeque grill on when not in use
-Pull the bbq grill away from the house when grilling. When not in use, cover it back with the black cover completely
-If you know the bbq propane tank is empty, put it on the side outside the grill
-Camping out is prohibited due to neighborhood restrictions
-If there is something wrong in the house, we can provide a handyman. However please note that there is a hefty cost to that which we pay. If it is found to be an issue due to guest negligence/error, the handyman fee will be the responsibility of the guest
-No parking, gathering, trespassing in neighbors yards is allowed
-Don't use towels, rags for cleaning, instead use paper towel
Check-out Rules:
-Bag all trash and dispose in big CANs outside the property
-Wash the dirty pots, pans, utensils, plates and put them away
-Clean the barbeque grill
-Turn off the lights, fans, TVs, fireplace, stove, oven
-Lock the doors upon checking out

This home was roomy enough for our group of 8 adults and 7 children. Large game & media room, both the front porch and the upper deck were spacious. Everything was clean and they provided plenty of kitchen cookware & dishes. I wish there were more room for a larger table, but the island was huge. The grill worked well. We managed to park 5 cars in the driveway. The host answered quickly to my messages. The area where it is located felt more like a rural neighborhood than a mountain retreat but was close to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge (20-30 minutes). The kids loved the game room and sofa beds in the media room. They just pushed them all together and made a bed that was like two kings in size. I would stay again.

Our first experience with an AirB&B and it was perfect! The house was welcoming and clean! The kids really enjoyed the movie room. Close enough to many attractions in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I highly recommend, we had a family of 8 and there was plenty of room!

I thought for days before writing this, as I hate to write negative reviews but felt it was owed to other travelers who at the nightly price of this property deserve better. This property is in need of deep cleaning, refreshing and repairs. Walking around in our white socks and barefeet revealed a very unclean floor. Eating utensils and pots/pans need to be replaced. (Only 6 forks) Game Room was a disappointment to my grandchildren due to issues with foosball table, air hockey table and missing pool balls. Side walk to front door overgrown. Contained some sort of sticky weed that stuck to our clothing as we walked to and from the front door. Curtain at hot tub was in shreds. Beds were comfortable. Layout of property worked well. Location to Pigeon Forge was good.
