My husband and I stayed here for 10 days with a friend joining us for a few of those days. It was a wonderful stay, the house was well kept up and a great location. We were able to bring our two dogs (one who is getting g a little older and doesn’t do steps as easy as he used to.) We were able to stay downstairs with them and not have to worry about steps. We went upstairs only to use the newly remodeled kitchen. We will be back in June for two weeks for our family beach trip and looking forward to it. There will be 12 of us and now that I’ve seen it, we know that we will all fit there nicely. Plan on using this house as our go to place from now on!

Enjoyed our time away from the cold. On sunny days, we enjoyed our time on the spacious deck and spending time at the beach.

The property was nice and it fit our needs. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy the space. The neighborhood was adorable and it was a block from the beach so that was great.🏖
But we had several issue at the property. The washer was broken and wasn't fixed or replaced. No communication about the washer, unless I reached out and asked for any update daily, since we needed the washer. I was told no info then no timeframe, then it wont be fixed until after we left but i would get a credit for the imconvience. There was also glass broken on the patio below and smoke detector just sitting on the table. The microwave stopped working they replaced it, fan in bedroom never worked and then never came to fix it, even though I reported it on day one. I ordered linen and it wasn't at the property. They brought it later and discounted the cost. I was a little freaked out after I killed a bug on the counter. So make sure you keep everything sealed up.
If all of the issues were taken care of, the vacation and house would of been much better. I do think that they house needs some upgrades like the shower on the first floor and air conditioning on the bottom level.
Overall I was a little disapointed that things were fixed quickly, so we could of just relaxed instead of calling about issues. Especially the washer, because they said they would reimburse me if i went to the laundromat. Who wants to do that on vacation. Not me.

Overall, the property was just as listed and advertised. The folks at Elliott Beach Rentals were great to work with. I would gladly stay at this rental again in the future.
