Welcome to LUX Palmas, your ultimate luxury oasis in gorgeous Palm Springs. This spectacular, resort-style home is a chic and relaxing desert getaway, designed for the perfect vacation experience. Expansive glass sliders create a seamless transition between the stylish, open-plan living area and your private backyard paradise.

* **Living Room:** Plenty of comfortable seating, a 55" streaming-ready Smart TV, and a sofa bed for additional guests.
* **Kitchen:** A fully-equipped, modern kitchen featuring all-new appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, and blender.
* **Dining:** A dining table for six, with extra seating for two at the kitchen counter.
**Bedrooms (Sleeps 8):**
* **Master Bedroom:** A serene retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, room-darkening curtains, and direct access to the pool.
* **Bedroom 2:** Features a space-saving Queen-sized Murphy bed and room-darkening curtains.
* **Bedroom 3:** Contains a cozy Full-sized bed and room-darkening curtains.
* **Living Room:** Includes a comfortable sofa bed.

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate rental agreement to be signed prior to your arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property.
* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to arrange this service.
* **For Kids:** We can provide 2 highchairs and 2 Pack ‘n Plays upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you need them.

It was very nice and we enjoyed it there but a few things were not so good. Some of the kitchen utensils and handles in the kitchen were sticky and some of the plates weren’t clean! The showers were terrible: they were clean but did not work properly. The water took forever to get warm and then it was steaming hot and you had to adjust it again and it took a while to get cooler again! It was really hard to adjust because the handles were hard to turn and the water pressure was so low. Worst showers ever.
