The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the island’s major attractions and just a short drive from the center of Rhodes town. The nearest beach is found at a driving distance of only 10 minutes. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 5 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half an hour drive too.

Also, there is a bedroom with twin beds. One of the double-bedded rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower for your ultimate comfort. Also, there is another bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are carefully decorated in a quite contemporary style with an artistic touch. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with comfortable seating areas. In addition, there’s a unique living area in warm colors that will immediately give you peace.
