This place is SO Louisville! Nestled perfectly in incredible proximity to downtown, you're just steps from the East Market District in NuLu which has everything you could want from dining, to shopping, and entertainment on Whiskey Row! Unwind after a day of sipping spirits in our spacious home that has THE vibe you're looking for. 3 bedrooms - 2.5 baths - 4 beds in total. Perfect for all sorts of groups!
The Space:
Just a short time ago this home went through an extensive, down-to-the-studs, renovation! Incredibly thought out, SMART amenities, spacious floor plan, and a kitchen that's begging for you to entertain in! Everything is new, incredible finishes throughout - with all the amenities and features that you're after! Spacious master suite features a king bed and an ensuite with a full bath on the first floor. Two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath in the hall. One bedroom features 2 queen beds, the other a single private queen bed.
Proximity to destinations:
Nightlife, dining, arts, BOURBON - a block, maybe?
Downtown, 4th st, convention center - 1 mile
Fair & Exposition center / festival grounds / Kentucky Kingdom - 5 miles
Airport - 6 miles
Parking:
Parking is street parking only, no permit required. The street really isn't very busy so parking isn't a huge issue except on Sunday mornings when the church across the street is in service.
Guest Access:
Guests have the entire space to themselves and will access with a unique door code
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is NuLu! Full of arts, bourbon, dining, and entertainment! There's something for everyone here - come see our eclectic city!
Other Things to Note:
There are exterior surveillance cameras positioned at the front door and side door. There are no cameras in the home, and not pointing to the outdoor entertainment area. The cameras are only to monitor and protect against parties and an unauthorized number of guests. If you're doing the right thing - you have nothing to worry about :)

This was a decent location in a very transitional area. I was a little hesitant. The reason I stayed here was because the place had a great outdoor area with a hot tub. The hot tub was over a foot low on water and the water had a funny smell to it. I guess they didn't check the hot tub when the prior guest departed. I was traveling alone. Planned on staying three nights, however, I cut the trip short. The bed was not comfortable to me and the hot tub had a funky smell. Went back home to the ATL and glad to be in my own hot tub and bed.

A wonderful property to celebrate three birthdays in our group of 7 travelers. The house was incredible and perfectly appointed for our needs. Walking distance to some great restaurants, bars, shops...and even a few distilleries. We especially enjoyed the flashes of humor around the house (e.g., "Alexa" at the kitchen sink and some of the commentary in the house guidebook). We would STRONGLY recommend this property...and may even make a return trip in the future.

The house was quaint and had so much potential. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub on a brisk evening. What lowered this rating was the lack of supplies in the kitchen and the lack of cleanliness. The kitchen was significantly under supplied, and there was a contact lens on the carpet. Since neither of us wear contacts, I’m assuming the carpets weren’t swept. I’d say with some minor adjustments, the house could be a rating of a 5.
