Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with king size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with single bed.
Bathrooms - Bathroom with WC, basin, towel rail and large corner shower.
Open Plan downstairs space - Melvin Cottage has a beautifully planned sociable living space. There is an Amazon Alexa.
Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch gas hob and electric oven, microwave, Bosch fridge with ice box, washing machine and dryer. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods.
Sitting Room - Sofa, three armchairs, living flame gas fire, Smart HDTV.
Outdoors - Fully enclosed courtyard with table and chairs.
Parking - There is plenty of street parking close to Melvin, available on a first come first serve basis. Or cars can be parked on The Green, which is a short walk, where there is a daily / weekly charge.
Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available upon request. Stairgate at the top of the stairs.
