About this house rental
Enjoy everything the Largo area has to offer! Great views across the Firth of Forth estuary to Edinburgh and North Berwick. Enjoy beach walks, sail, bring your paddle boards etc and enjoy the sea. Spend your days discovering the surrounding area from St Andrews and around the East Neuk of Fife or head to nearby Falkland where Outlander was filmed. Enjoy the local pubs and cafe's in the village and the artists' work in various studios. The Holiday Home has a private garden, for your exclusive use, with direct access to the beach, a summer house and barbecue facilities. There is off street parking for 2 cars.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a range style electric cooker with 5 hobs and 3 ovens A kettle, coffee pod machine with milk frother. An American style Fridge-freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers two smart televisions and full fibre 500Mbps wifi/internet access.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. The property is on the 1st and 2nd floors.
1st floor bedroom, you will find a King size bed.
2nd Floor - next bedroom, there is a King sized bed.
2nd Floor - third bedroom contains 2 twin beds
There are 2 bathrooms. One on each floor
The first bathroom on the 1st floor has a toilet and sink and an over bath shower
The second bathroom on the 2nd floor has a toilet and sink
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Great communication with the owner. Enogh parking for two cars. House exceeded our expectations, everything spotless, much bigger than looks on the pictures. Great having extras like dishwasher tablets, tinfoil ect. The garden was great, we enjoyed the summerhouse too. Then just through the gate onto the beach. Just perfect. We definitely hope to return.

Fabulous week in Lower Largo. Terrific location, well appointed house, perfect with 2 dogs. Seamless comms with owner made the stay very smooth. Will definitely return.
