Everything was in great condition. Have access to the garage certainly provided a place for the waders to dry. Great TV and very comfortable furniture.

Excellent location on the river and close to town. Good fishing (remember to get a license). House was clean. Plenty of hot water, quality toilet paper, soft towels in bathrooms and sharp knives, adequate dinnerware in kitchen. The swing hanging from the tree near the river is a relaxing touch. Beautiful views of the river from the home. The owners obviously put a lot of love into this traditional home. Wish the fire pit was nicer. We used Cedar Valley to float… highly recommend. Golfed at Cherokee Village South course, also highly recommend. Turkey Mountain golf course was further away, almost as nice, very friendly, I’d still recommend.
