The house was perfect for our birthday getaway weekend. Close to the Folk Center and to the Square, with a lovely park across the street. Plenty of space inside for everyone to have their own bedroom privacy, comfortable beds and linens, and very workable kitchen. Everything was as described.
The only thing lacking, in our experience, was a fan in the "master" bedroom. It didn't get as much air circulation as the rest of the house, especially after we closed the door to sleep, and it was rather stuffy on this hot summer weekend
A separate company manages the place, so when I had questions leading up to check-in, several different people were answering (or recommending me to another member of the team), which was a little concerning at first. I was never really sure whether to communicate through Expedia, VRBO, or the management company. However, once we were in the house, the local contact was very responsive and helpful.
