You and your guests will enjoy your own magnificent modern lodge when you arrange a stay in this one-of-a-kind executive property in Caldera Springs. With 2 casitas (enjoy quietness away from the main house), high-end finishes, exciting amenities, and an air of regal comfort, this Sunriver compound also gives you access to Caldera Lake House perks which include access to the pool at Caldera, playground, fitness center and restaurants. The 4382 sq. ft. home boasts a spacious living room with ample seating, a massive stone hearth, a Sonos sound system, wood beams across the vaulted ceiling, and wood floors at your feet. The adjoining gourmet kitchen will thrill the most jaded chef, with its quartzite counters and breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and 6-burner gas range. As if that wasn't enough, there is a separate chef's kitchen with an additional sink, dishwasher, oven, commercial refrigerator, and more counter and storage space located next to the outdoor seating area and BBQ. The main level boasts a gracious king suite with a TV, gas fireplace, and spa tub, with sliders to the outdoor deck and hot tub. Two more queen suites with TVs are equally sumptuous and private. The home was beautiful, spacious, and well-decorated with a smart layout that comfortably fit our group of 10. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very responsive.Check-in and check-out were easy, and we appreciated the option for early check-in for a small fee. However, the 4 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. check-out times feel restrictive compared to similar homes in the area.For a house this size with a chef’s kitchen, there were limited dishes and serveware, and the cookware was quite worn. Both dishwashers also struggled to clean properly or release detergent, which was frustrating. The home was cold upon arrival and took some time to warm up.While overall cleaning was acceptable, there were noticeable cobwebs around furniture and doors — a deeper clean and more thorough dusting would enhance the experience. Several remotes needed batteries, and the fireplace was tricky to use.The neighborhood is quiet, new, and close to Sunriver, though access to Caldera Springs amenities is limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The back deck was filthy with left over pasta noodles on the floor and the table was smeared with old food. Disgusting. The outside garbage can was full.Maintenance guy was there the first hour we got there. Those issues should have been taken care of prior to the renters coming in.The thermostat was set to heat in the summer? We were wondering why it was so hot in there.10am Check out was pretty early. Should be at least 11-12Despite all of this we all had a great time.
