Overall it was ok. The room could use some updates /cleaning. The ceiling fan blades were warped and dirty. There was black mold or dark spots near the vents in the bathroom. Most door frames needed to be cleaned or fresh paint. The washing machine is a front loader and needs to be cleaned it has a lot of mildew/ mold.

We had two families in the condo and it served its purpose. I was displeased on the cleanliness due to quantity of mold that was in both bathrooms. The shower head should have easily been cleaned, but clearly hasn’t in a while. But again, for the price with the view it had, the place served its purpose. It’s nothing, but our kids loved the property and the pool. It was an easy walk with carts to the beach!
