Property is as listed. Great location with proximity to Texas Tech, bars and restaurants. Our second time staying and we loved it.

Place was pretty dirty. The table and furniture are old and falling apart. The table was filthy when we picked up the place mats the was broken glass under the table that had not been swept up. The kids loved the “game room garage” The location is perfect for all things near campus and Broadway.

The home was beautiful and very entertaining. Enjoyed the patio area and hot tub. Game room was also a hit with our guests. This home is definitely a must to rent while in Lubbock.

Great place to stay! Very homey. We had our entire family over for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was great for several cooks!
The kids love the game room.
Will definitely stay again.
