REF: THE PERDRIX Apartment of 53m2 on the 2nd floor of the Residence ROCHE NOIRE on the area of Planay in Arêches-Beaufort, with a beautiful sunny terrace, all comfort, beautiful stay cathedral.Very nice apartment, furnished and equipped for 6 to 8 people. It has been designed in a comfortable contemporary style and is well equipped. The entrance, fairly wide (with closet) allows access to a bright living room/kitchen with a beautiful ceiling height of cathedral type opening onto a south-east balcony and direct view on the ski slopes. Living room with sofa, coffee table flat screen TV (TNT and ORANGE channels). WIFI. End-of-stay household included. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave grill oven, filter and capsule coffee makers, raclette and fondue appliances, pierrade and dishwasher.One of the 2 bedrooms is in the ground floor (1 bed 160) with window and large storage closet. The other bedroom (with 1 bed 140 + 2 bunk beds 90) is on the first floor – also on the mezzanine 1 sofa BZ 140 allows for an additional sleep of 2 people – Baby cot.Japanese staircase (not staggered) to access the floor (Mezzanine in part less than 1.80m).The bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin is spacious - the 2 toilets of which one with hand washer are independent, on each floor. Washing machine / dryer in laundry area.The balcony Terrace equipped with a garden furniture allows you to enjoy a nice view of L'adret and the mountains and enjoy the rays of the sun. In the DRC of the residence you will find the ski locker and shoe locker with washing machine drying.Parking at the foot of the residence.
