Clean and quiet room, well maintained building, and a nice breakfast every day. The staff spoke English and we're very nice and helpful.
The hotel is some distance from the old City center of Bensheim. There are few restaurants within walking distance. It lacks some of the amenities of an American hotel such as ice and vending machines, on site fitness center, etc.
