The hotel is objectively nice, walking distance from the city center.
The room was small, and without any corner to put the luggage to pull your stuff. It was very clean and enough furnished. No free water and no free coffee (but if you go out, you will find good italian breakfasts at good prices). The main downside is the absence of free parking spots and especially in the weekends, the public ones are all taken (2 eur per hour, max 2 hours). Spent one hour looking for a spot and asking the staff for suggestions where to leave my car.
They eventually allowed me to temporarily keep it in the hotel premises, but only after i explicitly asked them (just time to go grab some food).
My understanding is the hotel does have 1 single spot that, if available, they charge 18eur/day for.

upon arrival the taxi could not pull up in front of the hotel because contrcution vehicles were parked in front the hotel and I had to drag 2 suitcases and a travel bag across the parking lot. Had to climb over paint buckets and tool boxes to get t the lift. Then loud hammering and drilling prevented a much needed afternoon nap. For a "glam Gotel" that cost more than $200/night the value for money proposition was not realized. I will not return to this hotel, waste of money.
