The room was a good size with plenty of storage and cooking equipment and utensils. The balcony was a good size with an excellent view of the sea.
In my opinion the room could do with a bit of TLC and modernising. Also, more sockets would have been beneficial. The men on reception were efficient but could be more friendly. Even when checking out and returning safe key they never asked how our stay was, thanked us or said have a safe journey home, nothing. It's just little touches that can make a difference

The property is located on the promenade and handy for a variety of restaurants bars and shops
I was unhappy when I arrived as I had requested and paid for a sea view room. The room was not available and I was placed in a town view and promised a sea view after breakfast the following day. The room had a water leak and had not been adequately maintained. After breakfast I was told that my sea view room was still not available and I ‘could wait in my existing room’ until it was ready.
I went for a walk and returned to find that my room was ready and so I collected my things and went to the allocated room only to find that it hadn’t been cleaned! Upon returning to reception I discovered that the room I had been sent to was still occupied! I finally was allocated the correct room at 2pm, almost 24 hours after my arrival. No sincere apology or refund was offered.
