The holiday apartment is located just 10 metres from the gravel beach and offers an ideal location for a beach holiday, family holiday or a relaxing stay by the sea. The first-floor accommodation is suitable for up to 4 people and features a bedroom, a bathroom and a combined living, dining and kitchen area. From the balcony, you can enjoy sea views and the private terrace is equipped with a table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, crockery, cooking utensils and dining table. The living area offers a sofa bed, corner sofa, coffee table, display cabinet, SAT TV and air conditioning.
The property has a courtyard/garden area for shared use. Parking facilities are available directly at the property. The accommodation is modern furnished, non-smoking area, it is not barrier-free. Pets are not permitted and a baby bed cannot be provided.
