The location was great and the apartment had all the necessities for a short stay
There was an old blood stain on my pillow and I had to contact the staff to change it.
A few more improvements would also elevate the experience significantly:
1. Adding curtains for more privacy, the windows didn’t have any.
2. Adding a small side table next to bed for phones, books etc.
3. More hangers in the closet, there was only 1
4. The people staying on my floor didn’t respect rules at night and went around screaming and talking on the phone which made it hard to fall asleep.

Location, facilities and possibility of late check-in.
Check-in procedure was not clear. There are two machines and the description doesn't say. Also, they don't respond on the chat when trying to get support.
Also, they have equipment that you can't use because the plugs don't fit into the outlets.

Very easy to check in and check out, very clean! very quiet neighborhood. Easy acces and parking. There was an iron, microwave and to prepare hot water.
There was no extra blanket available, not detergent to clean the dishes, no tea, coffe or sugar as a courtesy.

Building was filled with needy people , was not safe had someone banging on our door at night. Need a security staff or someone there . We were two people and one bedsheet even after texting got nothing so yea i had no bedsheet for me in the cold .Not much to cook from , one day was enough.
