I needed a direct contact with the hotel to book another night. But I had to Google for the number, ask Agoda and you end up in India(?) Hotel staff were very helpful and the location is probably the best on the Dorset coast, highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Harbour Heights Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the n espresso machine, biscuits and fresh bottles of water. The breakfast was delicious with an incredible view, and the staff were really accommodating. They even turned our room around to check in 4 hours early (for a reasonable £25 fee) at very short notice. I have only rated it one star lower on value as it was very expensive for us, but I can see that it is far cheaper to stay at other times of year. So if you can get a room here for £95 as I’ve seen in December, it will be an absolute steal.

Lovely location and the best of the 3 hotels available in Sandbanks but dated, like they all are! - needs a paint and refresh. Could be amazing given the location
