I was disappointed with some aspects of The Haven, stated as a 4 star hotel I had higher expectations given the price I had to pay per night (especially as a solo traveller). On the plus side the staff were all lovely, the room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the pool was fine although the sunbeds are a bit tired. For me the downside was that to take a shower I was waiting literally over 5 minutes for any sign of hot water. At one point I gave in had a chilly shower & was halfway through before the hot water came through. Overall my stay was fine but I found the price to be a bit on the steep side & I would probably not return
