Pretty much everything. Location is super-great.
One important thing is that you can drive up to the door, even though the hotel is in the pedestrian zone. Very convenient.
You can then unload and then go park in a public parking lot, with a voucher from the hotel.
The room we were in was an attic room. Very nice and romantic but beware that heavy rain, like we had all night, is noisy in this room. If you are sensitive to noise it could keep you awake.

Friendly and efficient service from the staff. I had indicated in advance that I had some unsteadiness on my feet and they helped me with my luggage and allocated uneasily accessible room. The breakfast buffet was better than I expected The coffee, even though from a machine was freshly ground and very tasty. Plenty of fruit, cold meats, cheeses and cereals.
I did not encounter any difficulties.

Clean, central, 10min walk to station
We missed seeing reception closed at 16.30 at weekends. Would not have booked had we known. Breakfast was ordinary by current generally high normal standards. No hot option. Tempepramental hot drink machine!
