Stayed for four night, overall a really relaxing and lovely break. Breakfast was very good. The location is remote and very peaceful with beautiful views of the countryside with some great facilities. The rooms in the Manor were excellent, clean and airy with a very comfortable bed. I used the gym which was well equipped, we used the pickle ball court too and there were many other activities that I didn't try, but would be well suited for families. We went for the long walk in the hotel guide, which was around 9km and very picturesque. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, all willing to go the extra mile. We ate two evening meals at the hotel, I would say they were good but not exceptional. The Exeter pub down the road is well worth a visit too.

We got a great deal on bed and breakfast and had a lovely big room with ensuite bathroom in the manor house. The service for food and drink was excellent. We used the spa facilities. The changing rooms were a bit small. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed. It was quite a small shallow outdoor pool.

Great resort however shame outdoor pool was closed and we were told at check in. A quick email out or notice would have been appreciated compared to the dissapointment of finding out at check in.
Very tidy clean resort, had a relaxing stay.
