I need to preface by saying I'm a retired technology teacher. I see things others may not. This hotel is a tale of two stories. Luxury robes, soaker tubs high ceilings quality fictures. But water stains bleeding through paint. Coffee machine not working. Stains on ceiling tiles. Water bottle marks on bath counters, and the lobby ceiling with unfinished drywall. Cracks in the drywall. When you see these things you start to wonder, we're my bed sheets properly washed? I've shown the management these very fixable transgressions and the finally offered me 20% off my room, after I suggested social media exposure. I will give them a second chance. I hope they get on top of these issues.

During a 3 night stay, I woke up on day 2 with bites on my back side. Not knowing what they were, I assumed spider bites.
The next day after speaking to a family member and showing them the photos, they told me they were 100% bedbugs.
I left immediately and the hotel denied it.
Still have the photos and Im traumatized each time I see them
