The leeway was a great place to stay, the lady was very helpful, the room, I stayed in the single Seaview room was spotlessly clean, the fridge and fan was a great addition. The bed was very comfortable. And the views from my window were magnificent. I sat every morning watching the sun Rise . The train station is a short 15 min walk away. I didn't order the breakfast but wished I had. The leeway is situated in a quiet area of Scarborough on the north bay .but close to parks , the sealife centre and the little train . If your looking for a good place to stay look no further.

Lovely B&B a nice surprise there was a fridge in the room also a very efficient fan both very welcome as a hot day . Superb breakfast at a very reasonable price also a walk in shower that suited as we are elderly .
There is a lot of stairs so you need to be reasonably fit you can request a low floor on booking . You are on the sea front but quite a walk to the theatre fun fair ect .
