The room was very warm and comfortable, with an incredibly soft and cozy bed. The location was perfect — close to every main attraction, so we could easily explore the city on foot.
The staff were amazing! The girl at the reception when we arrived was so kind and helpful — she welcomed us warmly, gave us a list of places, bars, and restaurants to try for an authentic local experience, and really made us feel at home.
After check-out, they even allowed us to leave our luggage until our departure, which was very convenient.
The price was extremely reasonable for everything the hotel offers.
Our experience was truly fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

Room had everything basic you need i suppose including a hairdryer and soap. Staff were very friendly and polite. Staff also were kind enough to let us leave bags there and give us information about Brugge which was very nice.
No stand up shower which was not explained before. I had 3 hip surgeries and im 190cm tall so i could not shower because of this. Bath was placed under a sloped roof which made it very difficult. Floor was dirty and not cleaned or mopped. My gf wore white socks which turned very dirty on the bottom after walking on the floor for 30 seconds. Breakfast was not available because of renovation which is fine of course but then please communicate this before hand. Walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbors all the time with every movement.
