Discover this beautiful detached chalet, just 1.5 km from Kirchberg's. With its Alpine-style exterior and modern wooden interior, it offers a cosy retreat. Enjoy a warm sauna, cosy bar and spacious south-facing garden for children to play. Relax on the sunny terrace with a large gas barbecue. Ideal for families, friends and groups seeking privacy and relaxation in the Alps. Escape to this beautiful Alpine chalet for an unforgettable holiday!
Kirchberg is one of the most popular ski villages in Tyrol. The connection to the Kitzbühel ski area with its famous Hahnenkamm and famous Westendorf is just one reason to come here to ski. Another reason is the vibrant centre with cosy restaurants, shops and après-ski bars.

In summer, enjoy the beautiful nature on a beautiful hiking, cycling or e-biking tour through the Kitzbühel Alps. On one of the cosy terraces, enjoy a typical Austrian beer while watching the beautiful flower parade and subsequent summer evening festival

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
