    We loved this hotel. Charm and class.

    Lovely building and rooms. Very beautiful interior. Just found that we had stale milk left in our fridge so couldn’t have coffee in the morning. Also the bathroom sink was partially blocked so just felt that for the money paid, it could have been better. Parking at £20 a day was expensive however appreciated the goodwill gesture of a few more hours when I was running over time. Thank you

    Stayed one night. Was a very nice hotel. Breakfast was okay but nothing to go on about. Staff were brilliant. Would stay again if in Reading.

    I stayed here for a few days over Christmas in one of the rooms in the new ‘House’ wing. The room was newly renovated, spacious, and very clean. Staff was very polite and courteous. The availability of a steam room and sauna was a welcome touch.
