Loved the indoor pool with slide. Staff was excellent help, especially at 1 in the morning when my key card wasn't working!

The staff were friendly and accommodating! We always enjoy staying here, the water slide is a perk!
We had the pullout sleeper sofa in our room, and the only thing I would say is that I wish it had a cover. We did utilize sheets and put bedding on it but a cover that stays on it all the time seems like it would be more sanitary.
This is our go to stay when visiting the Medford area!
