This Hotel has become my favorite hotel. The entire staff are extremely friendly and professional and definitely have the customer service piece all the way Right! It's been a long time since I was completely satisfied with my stay! Keep keeping on Hotel Point Loma

The guy at the desk is rude condescending it's the horrible freaking person from the moment I checked into the moment I checked out gave me a hard time tried to kick me out on Christmas Day for trying to barbecue because I requested a room or paid for a room with a kitchen and didn't receive a room with kitchen just 2 burners gave me a hard time about bringing my presents in the room for my family to open yet allows hookers to work from upstairs rooms I don't understand it I'll never understand it why I was treated so horribly but this man definitely definitely will never go back to this hotel and I would advise you to stay away too go to the sunrise inn matter of fact the sunrise in is a wonderful place they have wonderful people working there and the prices are better only reason I booked here instead of there is because they said they had a kitchen here and they don't over there but guess what they don't have a kitchen here either so go to the sunrise inn
