We were initially put in room *** one after an hour of being in there there were roaches crawling around in the bathroom. We asked to be transferred to a different room on the bottom floor. They put us in room ***. We woke up the next morning and there were roaches dead in the shower. We ask for a refund and they sent the refund through to you and told us we should be getting our one night refunded to us in a couple of days. The staff was very rude and careless of the fact that their facility is infected with roaches now I will have to go to a laundromat and spend another $20-$30 before I can even go home because I can’t take the chance of taking roaches into my home. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone and I will be calling the health department. Also I expect my refund in a timely fashion thank you.
