Very good for the price. And loved that it’s close to the beautiful Chapultepec park —a wonderful place to start the day with a walk or jog.

With the exception of one of the guys at the check-in Sense to me like you work in the night shift everybody else was friendly except him

Clean rooms, all staff friendly (one grumpy male on front desk one time during 2 week stay), but front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff and grounds people all generally very friendly. Some Towels wearing thin, wifi in rooms was slow. Food & atmosphere at restaurant was good, grounds were well kept and great for families and groups.
