I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Overlooking Big Bear Lake - the view was stunning! This hotel was close to everything - also close to The Village.

The checkin hostess was a bit rude and im talking your cliche teenage bublegum chewing rude.
Room was nice but the robe was torn badly and thats the first thing we saw when we walked in.
Complimentary tea, lovely .
Only other cons, the shower is one of those no door showers, only small portion of glass seperates the toilet and shower. The floor will get wet from over splash but not too bad.
The heater works well but once it hits the set temperature, there is a loud intermittent knocking coming from the unit inside the wall as it cools. Kept me awake .
Bed was super comfy and clean, nice furniture and cool books.
