On arrival we were not greeted we were just told 'you cannot park there'. The receptionist said we could not have our room as someone had been ill in the room and needed to stay there. We were shown a very sub standard room that had a bad smell and asked to move to that room which we refused then we were moved to a suite and told we may be able to stay there but more likely would be moved the following morning. We were given a free dinner which we appreciated. At breakfast the following morning no one came to speak to us so we assumed wrongly we were staying where we were. We went to the beach and then two hours later were chased to move our belongings we agreed we would at 3 pm which was agreed. 30 minutes later the manager phoned to say why hadn t we moved I explained that we had agreed 3 pm the managed disputed this even though his colleague had agreed. So we had to move immediately which was annoying on the first day of our holiday we were made to feel it was our fault yet we caused none of this. I wouldn t stay here again there was a complete lack of customer service and you are charged for everything there was no warm welcome or even thanks for putting up with a situation that was not of our making.
