    The experience was very pleasant. Considering the affordable price, the facilities are excellent; this hotel can rival most 3- to 4-star establishments.

    Staff was very friendly and the place was located in a great place between Monterey and Carmel. We spent 2 nights here and as soon as walking in the room I saw dog pee spray stains on the floor in different corners. I continued to wipe the entirr floor with a towel and saw there were chips, crumbs and dog fur along corners. There was dust in several places and the bathroom was full of grout and very dirty. My child and I woke up in the middle of the night sneezing from the dust and with sore throats. Beds did seem to be clean though.

    We stayed in the third building and the room smelled like chlorine we were located next to the swimming pool. Terrible smell, floor was extremely slippery, our socks turned Black from how dirry the floor was. Mold in closet and on the walls. Staff did not give us a new room. NEVER AGAIN
