Location was amazing, central, close to everything. Typical Spanish style apartment, so much character in this apartment.
The fact you have to collect the keys from another address was time consuming and difficult with luggage. A key-code lock on the outside of the building would have helped immensley. The fact there was no elevator was challenging for anyone with mobility issues. I have stayed in many apartment in Europe, the fact no water or welcoming pack was a bit disappointing. Also a few extra towels would have been beneficial. We also noticed several loose tiles within the apartment, in fact tripped over the corner of one of them.

Fantastic location. That was really the best part of the property. You are right in the center of town. Steps from calle Marquez de Larios. The place is big and very comfortable. Very nice decorated. The host, Laura was really helpful and very professional. Check in was at 4pm and our property was ready when we arrive at the iffice around 11am. We were very geateful for that.
The worst part of our stay, was that there were NOT elevators. We will have to go up 3 floors. We didn't realized it when we booked it. We were never expecting not to find an elevator. I will suggest this information should be in the website, that way guest are aware befire booking "NO ELEVATOR". We were 4 retired adults and two of them had knee surgery and other health issues. Also, there were other customers that were staying two floor up from ours and they were also complaining too. Carrying 5 lugages was a big ordeal. Also having to go up and down several times a day. Another suggestion is that the keys should be in a lock box in the property. Because it is about 8 minute walk from the office to the property. Imagine how diffucult it was for us to have to walk with 5 luggage.

The main bedroom was very beautiful but very noisy as close to street
No coffee machine, no essentials like water in the fridge.
