    The room was clean and organized, also the staff was very quick and helpful with check in and check out. The location is the best feature of the hotel, everything you can do in Lille is organized around here. Also the shopping mall next to it is a plus for all your need.

    For Easter weekend we bookend this hotel for 2 nights. At arriving the man behind the desk had trouble hearing my name, in conclusion of that he told us we didn't have a reservation. After showing the confirmation of the reservation he could find it. Room is nog big, but good for a weekend. Chair next to the desk is nice. Also good to have a cheap mini bar. We had 2 separate beds. One of the matrassen was not good anymore. Cleaning is daily.
