The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
Mumtaz and his son were super hosts who paid personal attention to the care of the premises.
We were left to enjoy our stay undisturbed but they were always available when needed.

The host was very nice and welcoming, and yet I was completely autonomous with self-check-in and self-check-out. The area was quiet and felt safe even around midnight. Excellent transport connections (it took more than 1 hour with a stopover to reach my conference venue in Central London, but there were multiple options available). The room was very small, but I expected that and had no issues with it.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, but that's understandable given that it was shared.

Nice and calm neighborhood with supermarkets and bus/train stations nearby. Host was nice and was replying fast.
My room was extremely dirty - it was never cleaned before I arrived with a lot of dust and rubbish everywhere - I have to admit though that the host sent a guy to clean it almost immediately after I have complained but it was a quick clean and it was dirty in general. It was also very dirty in the kitchen. Room was extremely small.
