First time staying here and loved it. Had an issue with first room, but was sorted out immediately and given another room which was just amazing.
Will look at staying again in the future.

I wouldn't rate this as a four star hotel, compared to other four stars I've stayed in. The room decor is tired and there's limited extras in the room, eg no biscuits or sundries you sometimes get. My room was over the boiler and although I slept well (with ear plugs which I always take) the vibrations kept me awake on my second night.
However, this is the best hotel I've stayed in Peterborough. The downstairs is comfortable and characterful. The staff are excellent and that makes up for a lot. The breakfast was pleasant but could be improved.

Very good large comfortable bed, Always clean and the staff are always very helpful. Stayed there a number of times, and will again.
