    We had a wonderful stay here, truly great value for money. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and beverages from 8am to 10pm, which I found super thoughtful and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s no lift, but parking is free. Although it’s not gated, the property is very well managed and felt safe throughout our stay. It’s quaint and peaceful, especially during non-peak season. Monterey itself is a fantastic choice compared to Carmel — easier parking, less crowded, and perfectly located near major attractions, especially if you’re driving. Highly recommended!
