The location in Old Sac and close to Sutter Field was perfect. The bar and restaurant were nice. Service was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and we had a view of the river! We went for the historical ambiance and were not disappointed! Would stay there again.

We had a good experience, my 8 year old son loved it. I booked this hotel for my son because he loves boats.
The facility is a bit dated. I understand this is about 100 years old. I like the vintage look in some part of the boat and it’s unique. It is not luxurious style or modern.

It’s a quirky hotel in a good location however as it is a riverboat the walls and ceilings are paper thin. Our room was by reception and was noisy. It’s close to the railroad so horns are sounded constantly. Sea Lions on the quay are noisy but lovely to see. If you like peace and quiet not the place to stay.
