We had paid more than *** for a night. However our flight has issue. We could not arrive that day. It can not been cancelled when we ask avocado then asked me to contact hotel . When we contact hotel they asked me to contract travel agency. There is no free water in the room . 6 usd . When we checked out I learned you can ask room service to delivery water to room… but no boy to tell us . Paid premium price but experience and basic needs are not meet . There is also not hot water boiler in the room.

Rooms are beautiful, beds are a bit firm, linens could be better for price. Hotel under some renovation, its age is showing. Quiet and great location.

We had a lovely stay. Everything that you could want from an upscale European-inspired hotel. Staff and room were both excellent. Location is walkable for literally everything. Highly recommended.

BEST HOTEL to stay in this 16 days trips i had.. IF i can give 50 star i will give 50 for el prado for it cleanliness and big room size.. amenities was given to details even a tooth floss and sewing kit.. amazing.. room was cleaned twice... i couldnt say more than THIS HOTEL DESERVE 5 STAR!! not 4 star..
love the old but very well maintain hotel and everythingin your room is newww.. feel like you r in paris with the balcony and lights.. will definitely stay here again if i have a chance back in palo alto
next to it there is a street with cute and nice shops and foods..
